We are participating providers for most insurance carriers and we offer payment options to ensure comprehensive care.
During your initial visit our competent office staff will explain the costs of treatment before they are rendered. Treatment plans will be presented with the estimated insurance benefit and the remaining patient portion is explained. Our staff can also conduct pre treatment authorization before major treatment has begun. If we participate with an insurance plan, we will bill the insurance company and the patient is only responsible for their portion. If you do not see your insurance carrier listed below feel free to call us to see if we accept your plan. We also have financing available and accept most major credit cards.
